If we meet with you, then you can get to know us and we can get to know you. We can make sure that we get along, which is incredibly important, especially with weddings. We can also ask tons of questions about what you want, what you’re looking for, what you like/don’t like, what your style is and what budget you’re working with. Can we ask these on the phone? Sure we can. But the conversation won’t have the same quality that it will when we are sitting across from each other.
Not only can we get lots of information, but we can let you see and touch our products. Feel the smoothness of the paper of our wedding albums, see some specific sizes of prints & canvases and check out the quality of all the products we offer. Plus we can go over our prices and our contract in however much detail you need.
In addition, we can talk about clothing options, locations and the best time of day to take your portraits. We can give you helpful information and tips to improve your portrait session or wedding photography. I know that doing a consultation before the session may seem like a pain in the butt, but trust me when I say that in the end, your photography experience will be much better than if we never meet or talk to you until the day of your session.
